WELCOME TO SUSHI ZO

Binchotan.jpg

Whisk yourself away to an intimate and elegant space, rooted in the traditions of true Edomae-style sushi.

Hidden on the lower ground floor of Tai Kwun’s Police Headquarters Block, and a branch of the Michelin-starred concept from Los Angeles, Sushi Zo Hong Kong delivers an unparalleled omakase sushi experience originally created by acclaimed chef Keizo Seki. Ingredients are flown in fresh from Japan daily to ensure peak freshness and seasonality in a daily rotating menu that infuses modern and sophisticated flavours that appeal to the local palate.

The Hong Kong branch is led by executive chef Michikazu Yoshida, who captures Sushi Zo’s signature ‘ittai-kan’ style sushi, presenting the perfect balance of flavour, texture, and temperature to create an inimitable tasting experience.

Unlike other omakase joints around the city, Sushi Zo’s warm atmosphere provides a welcoming environment for sanguine conversations as guests are presented sequentially with top-quality cuts of seafood over freshly-prepared sushi rice. With only 3 sittings per day for a maximum of 12 guests, Sushi Zo guarantees a fine tuned experience that showcases the best of Japanese cuisine. The 12-course lunch menu and 18-course dinner menu changes daily, ensuring the freshest flavours while maintaining the culinary ethos of the original Michelin-awarded concept.
